Good Value for the Price

This pc might not be the largest or the brightest, but it meets my needs perfectly.

Disappointing First Day

This laptop arrived today, and initially, it seemed fine. I plugged it in, charged it, powered it on, and went through the setup. However, when I returned to it, the screen was black. The power button does nothing, even though the blue light indicates it's charged. I've tried various troubleshooting steps and currently on hold with seller to see if there's a solution.

I'm quite satisfied with this laptop. I removed the restrictive Microsoft S-mode and most of the bundled MS Office software. Instead, I downloaded LibreOffice, a free Office suite. I also had to disable a setting that was blocking a USB device from functioning correctly. It's a secure computer, especially suitable for those with limited computer knowledge. If you need more from it, you can certainly customize it to your needs.

Refurbished, Not New

Just a heads-up, this laptop is refurbished, not brand new. When trying to set it up, it asked for administrator contact information and had some restrictions.
