Top-Notch Specs, Subpar Build Quality

While the specifications are undeniably impressive, the laptop's build quality leaves much to be desired. It's akin to having a Ferrari engine in a Prius body! A single drop could potentially shatter it into a million pieces. I'd be willing to spend a bit more for a sturdier and more reliable option.

Exceeded My Expectations

I'm genuinely impressed with this laptop. The keyboard is user-friendly, although I'm still getting used to the slight differences from my previous desktop keyboard. I specifically sought out a laptop with a number pad, and this one is exceptionally easy to use. Despite not being particularly tech-savvy, I found the setup process to be straightforward. Disabling the safety feature that restricted me to using only Microsoft apps was a breeze. I initially configured it to transfer everything from my previous computer, then deactivated that function to make the laptop accessible to someone else—another simple process. This laptop is worth every penny I paid for it, and it's remarkably fast.

Disappointingly Frozen

On just the second use, it completely froze on me, rendering it utterly unusable. I even attempted to get it fixed, but nothing seemed to work.

I recently acquired this laptop on August 9, 2023, after researching various websites and learning about essential features for a new laptop. While it may not be the absolute latest model, it offers features that newer units lack at the same price point. These features include a 256GB SSD, 8GB of RAM. In the initial days of use, this laptop appears to meet all my requirements, especially since I'm not a gamer.
