The computer is good, but be cautious of S Mode.

Love it. It works well. I had the most trouble because I didn't know it was in S Mode. I didn't know I was getting S Mode or what it meant. The HP support personnel were no help at all, so don't spend money on additional support from HP. They couldn't help me switch the computer out of S Mode. Thank God for Amazon tech support, they helped me switch out of S Mode. This model doesn't have a touch screen.

I didn't like S Mode, but I was able to switch it off, so it's great now.

The battery life is outstanding.

So far, I'm very happy with this purchase. I'm still getting used to Windows 11, and I'm not sure if I like it yet, but I think it will be good in time.
