My experience with this laptop has been negative. Shortly after starting to use it, I encountered issues with the battery and mouse pad. Additionally, there was confusion regarding the warranty, which started when the seller bought it rather than when I purchased it.

Initially, I encountered issues with the battery and Windows updates on my new laptop. Charging was difficult, and I faced errors during the update process. However, after completing the updates, the problems were resolved, and the laptop is now functioning fine.

False Advertising

I'm frustrated with the laptop I received because it didn't meet the advertised specifications. Despite being marketed as having a touch screen, it did not. Moreover, the battery life was much shorter than advertised, leading to disappointment with the product.

I bought this laptop as a birthday gift and I'm impressed with its performance. It surpasses my previous purchase in terms of specifications. However, I did notice some differences, like the fixed soldered RAM and the improved SSD. Despite these minor differences, I'm satisfied with its overall performance. In fact, I'm considering replacing my current laptop with a similar model.

Well-Made, Feature-Rich, for a Very Good Price

This Acer Swift Go 14-inch laptop impresses me with its build quality, touch screen responsiveness, and overall performance. I find it a significant improvement over their previous Dell XPS model, especially considering its competitive price. However, the sound quality could be better and highlight its slightly thicker profile compared to the XPS.
