An Utter Disappointment

After my 17.3-inch HP laptop, which I used for 2 years, gave out, I decided to try the Acer since I couldn't afford another $1200.00 laptop at the moment. Regrettably, this Acer has been a complete nightmare. Being visually impaired, I used large stick-on letters on my previous laptop, but this Acer has been far from user-friendly for someone with vision impairment. It's not even close to what a laptop should be. Acer and Google support were both unreachable. My attempt to contact Acer was fruitless; the language barrier was a challenge. Reaching Google was simply impossible. Save your money and avoid this device at all costs!

Mysterious Data Loss in Less Than 2 Months

I've owned this device for less than two months, and it's been a frustrating experience. I encountered a black screen issue with the power light on. After several attempts to resolve it, I was forced to change my Gmail password, only to be asked for the old one again. To make matters worse, upon re-entry, all my files had vanished.
