Mixed Feelings About Performance and Battery Life

The touchpad can be quite erratic under Windows Explorer, and the battery life leaves something to be desired. With normal usage, the battery depletes relatively quickly. Additionally, the touchpad's behavior can be frustrating at times.

Laptop with a Display Problem

My laptop turns on, and the keyboard backlighting is visible, but there's no display on the screen. I don't see the Asus logo or the Windows 11 booting screen. Such a defect is absolutely unacceptable.
