Unbeatable Bargain!

I couldn't believe my luck with this laptop. It boasts WiFi-6, a stunning 2K screen, and a 10-core 12th-gen i5 processor, all for just $680! To sweeten the deal, I decided to upgrade the RAM to 32GB and storage to 1TB for an additional $100+, turning this laptop into an absolute steal.

The memory and storage are ample, the display is stunning, and the battery life is impressive. I only need to charge it every three days or so, even though I mainly use it for school work. I can't believe I ever considered anything other than a Dell. I wholeheartedly recommend this laptop; it's worth every penny.

Capture Evidence for Peace of Mind

I'd strongly advise against wasting your money and precious time on this one. Taking photographs upon receiving the product, both before and after, is a prudent move in case you need to return it. In my case, it gave me endless trouble, frequently rebooting while I was working. When I decided to return it, the seller claimed I sent the wrong item back. I swear, I returned everything exactly as received. Unfortunately, they declared the item was disposed of, leaving me without a refund and without the defective item I initially purchased.

Misleading Description and Missing Accessories

The description touted this laptop as "new" and even specified that it came with a power cord. However, what arrived was a refurbished unit without the promised power cord. To make matters worse, my only option was to return it; there was no possibility of receiving the new computer I had anticipated based on the description.
