Ideal for College Students

I purchased this laptop for my college-bound child, and it's proving to be an excellent choice. It caters perfectly to her needs and runs seamlessly. The only minor drawback is the lack of keyboard backlighting, but overall, it's a winner. I'd definitely make the same choice again if needed.

Surpassed My Expectations

I initially bought this computer as a backup for my work-from-home setup, primarily due to its affordability. I expected it to be decent, serving as a backup option in case my desktop failed. However, it pleasantly surprised me. It's lightweight yet robust, boasts a clear screen, and offers an incredibly easy setup with prompt delivery. While I don't use it for gaming, it has proven to be exceptional for regular office work. It comes with Windows 11 S-mode, which restricts downloading certain programs, but switching to regular Windows 11 is hassle-free if needed for specific work applications not found in the Microsoft Store. Just keep in mind that once you leave S-mode, there's no going back.

I purchased two of these laptops, and both experienced failures just outside the return window. One was replaced but failed again. It turns out this is a motherboard issue, and they're simply not up to par. Steer clear of this product.
