Awesome laptop and value.

I bought this for my Dad and he loves it. He said that it's super fast and the screen is great. He doesn't do all the much on it besides play games and surf the web.

It's what you would expect of a normal windows laptop. The only downside is battery life.

This is a great value to get a fast machine with great graphics and lots of RAM and disc space. All features that I wanted plus easy setting up and transferring my info.

Not user friendly

...in my opinion. When I buy a computer, I expect to turn it on and get a friendly screen showing me what's being offered. However, this shows nothing like that, took me to a tedious log in screen, required that I open a Microsoft account, which I did not do. I did not want Microsoft for my browser. Also, the touch pad for controlling the cursor was not working properly. Generally, I like Hewlett-Packard products, I have an old HP tower computer that seems bullet-proof, like-wise an HP multi-printer. I returned this, will go to a local outlet where I can see what I'm getting, and maybe some set-up help.
