This Chromebook is terrific! The screen is a good size with impressive display quality. The keyboard layout is excellent, utilizing space efficiently. It's undoubtedly a worthwhile purchase. As someone who previously had an Acer laptop with numerous issues, including poor performance, sound quality, and charging problems, I'm thrilled with this HP laptop.

My previous positive experiences with HP computers led me to purchase this Chromebook. After a few months of using it, I can say it's working very well for my needs. While there was a slight learning curve, which is typical for any new laptop, I'm quite satisfied with its performance. I primarily use it for online activities like email, Facebook, and web browsing, and it handles these tasks with ease. While I don't use Zoom, I believe it would work well for that purpose too. Considering the affordable price, the quality is impressive!

My experience with the supplier, was less than satisfactory. They shipped a different laptop model than the one I ordered, and as a result, it lacked the features I wanted. It appeared intentional, as they never apologized or acknowledged any mistake. I had to chase them for a refund, which took over a week after I returned the laptop. I wouldn't trust ordering from them again. On the technical side, the Chrome operating system is quite basic. It's suitable if you only need to surf the internet, but I found it limiting since it doesn't support DVDs, even when using an external DVD player. Apparently, the Chrome OS lacks the capability to read DVDs. I'll be returning to the Windows operating system, as it seems DVDs are still relevant for my needs.

After much deliberation, I settled on this laptop, and it has proven to be the right choice for me. This laptop is not only visually appealing but also functional. I use it for everyday tasks, a bit of work, gaming, and social media, and it excels in all these areas. I couldn't be happier with my decision.

This Chromebook is a well-built device that has proven itself great for my requirements. Although it's still relatively new, it has performed admirably over the past couple of weeks.
