Amazing Gift

I bought this as a birthday present, and the recipient can't stop raving about it. It's much faster and lighter, making it a fantastic choice.

Returning It

This has been one of the worst computer experiences I've ever had. I've encountered nothing but problems with the one I received. It's been sluggish from the moment I turned it on, and the internet frequently goes to a white screen or is painfully slow. Dealing with this laptop has been incredibly frustrating. While it might be a specific issue with the model I purchased, I'm not willing to take my chances again, especially considering the price. I'll be returning this laptop and won't be getting another one.

Impressive Battery Life

So far, I'm very pleased with this purchase. I'm still adjusting to Windows 11, but I believe it will grow on me with time. The standout feature for me is the awesome battery life.

Slow and Ethernet-Less

I returned this computer because it was painfully slow, which made it difficult to use. When I buy a new computer, I expect it to be faster than this one was. Additionally, it lacked an Ethernet connection, forcing me to rely on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for internet access. I prefer using wired connections for both internet and printer access. Even though my HP printer is Wi-Fi and Bluetooth compatible, I still prefer connecting it with a cable.
