Decent Choice for a Home Office

I've certainly owned worse printers over the years. This one seems to have a decent build quality and after some initial alignment trouble I've not encountered any additional problems with it. I find the print quality to be just fine and as expected for an HP laser printer, though I'm not as super-sensitive about "print quality" as many others.
I'm not sure it will meet the advertised page count expectation but I generally only print one or a few pages at a time. I understand that you will usually not get as high of a page count out of a toner cartridge when you print in this way (which is how most people print at home though, by the way).
It still seems like it will be much cheaper to operate and more reliable than any inkjet choice as an occasional duty home monochrome printer.

VERY USER FRIENDLY - I LOVE IT

I am older. I find some tech stuff hard to deal with. The set up of this printer was a breeze. Everything I use it for copying, scanning, e-mailing scans, printing a variety of envelopes, letters, articles etc. has been easily accomplished. The manual I downloaded has been clear when I've needed some explanation on a particular process. I would highly recommend this printer.

I love this printer

I should of upgraded a long time ago. I love this printer! I have it hooked to the router on the home network and anyone can print from anywhere in the house once they install install the drivers and app. Double sided printing is wonderful tool. The controls aren't intuitive as they could be for making copies and I still haven't figured out printing envelopes, but the more I use it the more I learn. Nice!

If all you need is black this is the best printer I have ever bought easy to easy set up works great

So far, so good

This really helps me work from home efficiently. Super easy set up. Not really heavy and the toner that came with it has been pretty full. I've printed a lot so far.
I had to exchanged my first purchase and the second one was sent right away!
