HP Love Affair

I have no regrets about choosing this laptop. It serves my 3D printing needs flawlessly, and I've even installed Cura on it. The 2-in-1 capabilities are a big plus.

Impressive Portability

I'm loving the portability of this laptop. It's sleek and lightweight, making it easy to carry around. While I enjoy the apps and user-friendly navigation, my only gripe is that it doesn't quite last a full 24 hours without needing a recharge.

Mostly Perfect, Just Two Shortcomings

This laptop is fantastic, but it has two missing features: first, the manual mentions a SIM slot that doesn't exist on the computer, and second, it lacks keyboard backlighting.

Frustration After Windows 11 Update

I used the laptop online for about three hours. Then, I received a battery low warning, and the laptop went into sleep mode, never to wake up again. I tried plugging it in and attempted to restart, but the power button's light would come on and then go off. I left it to charge for an hour and tried again, but it still refused to start. Even after leaving it to charge overnight, the laptop remained unresponsive. With over three decades of experience in the computer world, I tried every troubleshooting method I knew and could find, excluding opening the case. In the end, I had no choice but to return it. Fortunately, the return process was smooth, and I received a prompt refund.
