Extremely Disappointing Seller - Avoid at All Costs!

I had a nightmarish experience dealing with this seller. My laptop's hard drive crashed while it was still under the warranty claimed by the seller. After extensive communication, the seller finally agreed to service the laptop, but none of their approved service providers were available in my area. Since I needed the laptop for remote work (I'm a physician), I had to get it fixed elsewhere urgently, resulting in a hard drive replacement with data loss. I requested some form of compensation, even if it wasn't the full repair cost, but they flatly refused. I strongly advise against purchasing a laptop from this seller; their customer service is abysmal.

Surprisingly, it can even handle The Sims 4 in laptop mode. While it's not a gaming or high-end laptop, if you're in need of something basic, this laptop is a great option.

A Truly Disastrous Laptop Experience

My experience with this laptop has been nothing short of disastrous. The battery life is abysmal, and the speakers are so quiet at maximum volume that I struggle to hear anything from just a few feet away. The screen displays washed-out, faded colors, and inexplicably lacks a CD drive.
