Top-Notch Device

I got this laptop a while ago (can't remember when), and it's hands down the best device I've ever owned. The battery life is impressive, lasting around 4-5 hours, although I wish it could go even longer. The touchscreen is phenomenal, and the keyboard keys have a satisfying sound. It's incredible value for the money. Even in its last days, it was the fastest device I had. The only quirk is the power button's placement; sometimes, my couch accidentally hits it, turning off the laptop.

This is a great product! The seller is incredibly responsive. I had to return one laptop for a replacement, and they made the process incredibly easy. The touchscreen is highly responsive.

Frustrating Lenovo Experience

This Lenovo product has been the most frustrating machine I've ever owned, dating back to the '90s. It consistently overrides your preferences and behaves erratically. It starts programs on its own and shuts others down while you're working. It even messes with monitor configuration, fonts, screen sizes, and display settings. What's worse, it won't shut off as per your preferences. For instance, I had it set to "do nothing" when I closed the lid, and it randomly changed that setting. You're stuck waiting for the battery to run out before you can reboot and regain control.

Ideal Starter Computer

This is an ideal starter computer for a young person. I wouldn't recommend it for a working professional or someone needing a machine for more than basic web browsing.

Disappointing Out of the Box

First, the power cord we received for the computer is practically non-existent, and it doesn't meet the usual Lenovo standard I've come to expect from past purchases. But the biggest disappointment was that the battery didn't work at all.
